This equipment is a one-stop automated system that handles all the core stages of cosmetic production—container feeding, filling,

inner lid insertion, spoon placement, Induction sealing, and capping—within a single line. By integrating these complex processes, 

it maximizes production efficiency while simultaneously reducing labor costs and ensuring consistent quality.

With a high-speed design capable of producing up to 30 units per minute, the system delivers outstanding performance for
both small-to-medium manufacturers and large-scale OEM/ODM operations. Its precise volumetric filling system and advanced 
high-frequency sealing technology enhance product hygiene and preservation, while the flexible design accommodates a wide 
range of container and cap specifications.

The inclusion of automatic spoon placement and inner lid insertion ensures both product completeness and consumer convenience.

 Filling : Accurately fill using a metering pump, while reliably handling even high-viscosity creams.


  
 ▶ Inner Lid Insertion : Automatically insert the inner lid to protect the contents and enhance sealing strength.​


  
 ▶ Spoon Placement : Accurately place the spoon on the lid to enhance consumer convenience.​


  
 ▶ Induction Sealing : Completely seal the lid and container using a high-frequency method to improve preservation and extend shelf life.

  
 ▶ Capping : Automatically fasten the cap, with adjustable torque to accommodate various cap types.​


 ▶ Discharge : Automatically discharge the finished products after capping to the outside of the line.​
