This product features capless sealing, eliminating the traditional method of sealing foil inside a cap.
It is a fully automatic high-frequency sealing machine, custom-designed for users of various same-size containers. The system measures the container, recalls pre-set data, and performs the sealing process automatically.
Depending on the number of heads, it seals 15–200 units per minute.
Applicable for long-term storage and leak prevention in products such as food, cosmetics, grains, pesticides, marine goods, pharmaceuticals, and biotech items.
Compatible with plastic containers, glass bottles with metal lids, capless containers, and paper cups.
Process Sequence : X/Y measurement → Auto setup → Sealing → Discharge
When a container is placed, the system measures it and automatically loads the preset data to initiate sealing.
