SES-4000L-12 (Capless induction sealer punching type + QR CODE )
This is Korea’s first sealing and QR code marking system designed specifically for label-free containers.
Unlike existing “label-free” bottled water that still relies on plastic film wrapping around the cap for product information, new regulations from the Ministry of Environment will require full elimination of such film packaging by 2026 and mandate the use of QR codes for product labeling.
Developed by our company, the QR CODE SMART CAP SEALER – SES-4000L-12 is an eco-friendly packaging machine that performs high-frequency sealing and precise QR code marking directly on smart caps—the popular straw-insertable caps often seen in celebrity-endorsed water bottles.
This future-oriented solution enables a full one-stop automation process—from cap feeding and sealing to QR code marking—allowing high-speed, large-scale production with a single unit.
