SES-4000L-8H_Leak test (Capless induction sealer cartridge type )
This machine is capable of gas flushing, induction sealing, and leak testing, and supports a production speed of up to 30 units per minute.
When uncapped containers are supplied, the system performs gas flushing, feeds pre-punched circular aluminum foil (induction sealing film) one by one, applies induction sealing, and proceeds to leak testing—all within a single integrated machine.
It is designed to handle two different types of containers, not just one.
Widely applicable across various industries such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, grains, agrochemicals, seafood, medical, and biotechnology, it supports plastic containers, glass bottles with metal caps, capless containers, paper cups, and more—effectively sealing and preventing leaks or seepage
