Capless Sealing is an innovative next-generation packaging technology that seals containers without the use of a cap.
The newly developed SES-4000L-2H, based on the Capless Sealing method, enables a seamless one-stop process—from container supply,
washing, liquid filling, and induction sealing, to inner cap application, final capping, and labeling.
In the final product, when the consumer fully tightens the cap, the induction-sealed film ruptures, allowing the internal liquid to flow into the lower chamber and mix with existing contents.
To enable this "push-and-activate" mechanism, both the inner and outer caps are preset to close only 50% during the initial capping process.

This is the container cleaning station. The containers are cleaned from below using air jets and then lifted upward.

This is the labeling station. After final capping, the container proceeds to the labeling process.
