The SES-4000L-12H (HIV_buffer_tube) is an all-in-one system that handles everything from tube feeding to laser marking within a single machine.
Once containers are supplied, they are aligned and undergo a primary defect screening, followed by high-precision liquid filling.
Roll-type sealing film is then automatically cut and high-frequency sealed to prevent contamination and extend product shelf life.
Laser marking can be performed in user-defined designs.
The system is capable of producing up to 6,000 units per hour, contributing to labor cost and production cost savings.
